Higher education

Students willing to learn in Dubai must have study visas for full-time courses. The performance of the students is assessed by, computer-based and practical exams. Students can study in Dubai without IELTS and TOEFL. The university’s first stage is the Bachelor's level. The second stage is the Master's degree accompanied by other higher colleges of technology.

Various institutions offer masters and Ph.D. postgraduate programs. International students have to pay tuition fees in public universities in UAE, which are, free for their citizens. The University of Wollongong Dubai is the oldest educational campus that has an Australian teaching style and all the degrees are granted as per Australian qualification.

Tuition fees

Education is comparatively cheaper in Dubai than in other countries. The location and the university selected decides the tuition fees in Dubai. It is the most expensive city in UAE and, hence the fees vary from 37500 to 70000 AED per annum for an undergraduate program, whereas for the postgraduate program, it is somewhere between 55000 to 75000 AED a year.

Financial aid

The UAEs fair educational policies have made its education cheaper. Universities of Wollongong- Dubai and Murdoch university grant scholarships to international students. The Curtin University in Dubai, offers scholarships and bursaries, to students who cannot afford higher education, in international countries. It is based, on the academic excellence of the student and their willingness to go for research. A scholarship is given, to students who are on merit and have achieved big in their field. A financial aid provided for students is bursary, while a tuition grant is without merit or financial support.

Employment Opportunities

Once you complete higher education, there are many career options the infrastructure and trade, and commerce. International students cannot work and learn simultaneously. However, they can get jobs after completion of the course. International students get 20 hours a week for part-time work after being permitted by the officials. Students from other countries can also avail visit visa for any kind of employment, however, that is for a shorter duration.
